What You’ll Own
This is a dream role for someone looking to become a formidable generalist marketer.
You’ll be in the trenches, executing high-impact campaigns that directly drive leads, demos, and sales pipeline. You get an opportunity to show your skills for B2B demand-gen, and also B2C campaigns that help us build a community of job seekers looking for startup jobs.
- LinkedIn Marketing: Run experiments and campaigns on LinkedIn - organic + paid - to generate awareness and pipeline.
- Email Marketing: Build, grow, and segment email lists; run sequences that engage and convert.
- Content Marketing: Craft compelling content (emails, posts, landing pages) that resonates with our ICP in the B2B Startup or AI-first company
- Analytics & KPIs: Own lead generation & key growth metrics like lead volume, demo bookings, and conversion rates. Report performance and act on insights.
- Identify and run channels to onboard candidates onto the platform
Who are we looking for?
- 2-5 years of marketing experience in B2B startups / AI - product marketing
- You’ve taken a product from 0 to 1 and grown it to at least $1M ARR, or contributed significantly to that journey.
- Great at numbers and campaign analysis
- Hands-on with AI - You’ve leveraged AI tools to move faster and smarter in your marketing execution.
- You know how to make noise in the B2B space using scrappy, smart digital campaigns.
- You bring the high energy and vibes for engaging with candidate campaigns as well.
- You like ownership - take full control of your campaign and can execute things end-to-end
- You have a marketer’s creativity and a founder’s hustle—you’ll do what it takes to get leads in.
