Freight Assignment platform to help logistics service providers transparently source vehicles and get them paid faster. Our goal is to bring benefits to three key stakeholders – shippers, logistics service providers and truckers. About The Role

Our growth plans:
We process close to 4% of the country's freight on our software platform. Our goal is to get to 20% of the country's freight by 2028. This gives us a bird’s eye view of the market. We’re already the largest road freight technology platform in the country and we plan to build on this base to drive growth in software, freight marketplace and supply chain financing to get to a 100M USD revenue by 2028.
Freight Tiger is looking for a launcher who will be an exceptional addition to our team. This team works cross-functionally and will lead the business' launch aspect, working across operations, product, and sales. As an FT launcher, you will oversee the initial operations of each market we go live in. Key responsibilities:
Internal:
- Run pilots and launches as the DRI and take them to completion as per the defined scope and success criteria
- Do the complete onboarding for master data, configurations, user onboarding and GPS integrations
- Give product demo to client side stakeholders on production environment after onboarding
- Ensure onboarding is done as per the agreed scope of work and system requirements are configured to derive the defined value
- Take sign off from client and internal stakeholders on above deliverables & success parameters
- Run the UAT after onboarding with the customers and take required sign off
- Provide end to end training for all stakeholders as per scope & product modules deployed
- Raise internal tickets for product requirements, bugs and tech ops requests
- Periodic reporting of KPIs and numbers
- Plan internal handover to the CSMs with all the required documentation
- Prepare pilot performance reports basis success parameters agreed in coordination with pre-sales
External:
- Manage the end-to-end launch or implementation of FT solutions for new clients, ensuring a successful transition to FT solutions
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer success, to ensure client needs are met
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise
- Conduct regular status meetings with clients and internal teams to review progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks
- Document UAT plan with client and lead UAT to success
- Provide training and support to clients as needed to ensure they are able to effectively use our software solutions
- Understand every product offering and be the internal champion
- Monitor metrics and develop actionable insights to improve the efficiency and performance of a new launch
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of client implementations and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our software solutions continue to meet the needs of our clients
- Document learnings and best practices regularly
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in client facing project management, preferably in the enterprise software or technology industry
- Strong understanding of SaaS industry and implementation of SaaS products for B2B customers
- Prior experience implementing enterprise software solutions
- Excellent communication , Presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in the freight logistics or SaaS industry is a plus
