We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecaller Interns, where you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers to introduce the company’s products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about offerings.
- Understand customer needs and address their queries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and update the customer database with relevant information.
- Follow up on leads and manage relationships with potential customers.
- Assist the sales/marketing team in achieving targets by setting appointments and generating leads.
- Collaborate with the team to improve call strategies and enhance customer engagement.
- Participate in team meetings and share updates on progress and challenges.
- Key Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle rejections professionally and remain motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM systems (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
- Any prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service will be a plus but is not mandatory.
