What You’ll Do
- Drive vehicle insurance revenue growth by improving sales operations and broker coordination
- Own analytics and reporting across the insurance funnel — leads, conversions, broker performance, pricing benchmarks, claims, etc.
- Build and optimize internal processes to streamline lead management, broker follow-ups, renewals, and claims tracking
- Work closely with broker partners to improve conversion rates, response times, and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on goals and execution plans
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the data to improve performance
- Support strategic initiatives such as launching new insurance products or broker partnerships
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in insurance operations, sales ops, or analytics, preferably in a B2B or fintech environment
- Strong analytical mindset — experience with Excel, dashboards, CRM, and reporting tools. Process-oriented and organized, with a bias toward action
- Experience working with insurance brokers or insurers is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills — able to coordinate across internal teams and external partners
- Prior exposure to vehicle insurance or logistics is a bonus
