Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding national/regional accounts and maintaining long term association by comprehending their requirements.
End-to-end ownership of account right from onboarding and managing entire life cycle of the account on our platform
Sharing complete visibility of time and action schedule with the client at all stages, and updating the status of all intermediate steps in real-time by coordinating with the production team.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as key account manager
Experience in ecommerce and fashion would be preferred preferred
Experience in similar industries and generating sales along with providing solutions based on customer needs would be preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Graduate/Post Graduate with relevant 1-3 years of experience can apply.
