We’re seeking a freelance product designer to help us design and refine the core Pinky Promise experience. This is a high-impact role where design decisions directly affect how women access care.
We stared Pinky Promise because we just got tired of our healthcare experiences. Women's healthcare is broken and there has to be a better way. Pinky Promise is a first-of-its-kind AI-enabled women’s digital clinic. We have built custom AI that works with Doctors to provide scientific, accurate care instantly and affordably - all on chat.
In two years we have become the most downloaded women's health app in the country and helped 300,000+ women in India (largely from Tier2/3 cities). In the next year we will impact the lives of 1M women.

- This role is a great fit if you:You understand that women access and interact with healthcare differently, and you want to fundamentally shape this experience
- Have designed direct-to-consumer digital products, ideally in health, wellness, fintech, or commerce (especially for women)
- Understand or have a strong intuition for a Tier 2 / non-metro audience
- Can balance simplicity, trust, and emotional sensitivity in your designs
- Think beyond UI and deeply about user psychology and edge cases
- Familiarity with designing for lower digital literacy users
