About The Role
As a Product Success Executive, you will work closely with customers to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and measurable value realization from Freight Tiger’s logistics technology platform. This role sits at the intersection of customer, product, and operations, and is ideal
for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, structured thinking, and working with real-world business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Account Ownership
- Support onboarding of new enterprise customers onto the Freight Tiger platform
- Understand customer logistics workflows and map them into the product
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day customer queries and issues
Product Adoption & Outcomes
- Track customer usage, adoption metrics, and health indicators
- Identify gaps in adoption and recommend corrective actions
- Support pilots, launches, and transitions to steady-state usage
Data & Problem Solving
- Work with customer data (masters, transactions, configurations) to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose structured solutions
- Create simple reports and summaries for internal and customer stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams
- Communicate customer feedback and improvement opportunities clearly
- Support internal process improvements and automation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Structured thinking and problem-solving ability
- Comfort with data, spreadsheets, and basic analysis
- Willingness to learn logistics, supply chain, and SaaS products
Good to Have
- Prior exposure to logistics, supply chain, SaaS, or B2B roles
- Internship or project experience in operations, consulting, or analytics
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboards
