Our B2B logistics marketplace is built on a network of drivers, comprised of independent drivers and SME fleets with all types of vehicles, from sedans and large vans to trailers, box trucks, and semi-trucks. Our platform allows companies to connect with thousands of qualified independent carriers through our web and mobile integrations.
We currently operate in Mexico and are backed by one of the largest multinational companies in the industry. We are looking to expand our team with talented, motivated individuals ready to enter the startup world and work with high-performing teams.
Job Description:
PartRunner is looking for a motivated individual to help build our network of independent drivers and freight carriers. This position will work closely with the supply and operations team and will be involved in the onboarding, engagement, and retention of hundreds of freight carriers in Mexico.
Requirements/Skills
3+ years of experience in affiliation and negotiation with small and medium-sized freight carriers (1-ton and up) - MUST
3+ years of experience in the logistics industry (last and half mile), marketplaces/startups - MUST
2+ years of experience managing acquisition processes in a CRM/Call Center - MUST
20+ existing freight carrier portfolio - MUST
1+ year of experience in Sales, Customer Support, Customer Service, Driver Relations, or similar - PLUS
Excellent communication and negotiation skills - PLUS
Organizational and multitasking skills - PLUS
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media for driver acquisition
Ability to work independently and solve problems in high-pressure environments
Coordination and alignment with the Operations, Finance, and Commercial departments
