In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Design Manager, Product Manager, and Marketing team to produce captivating marketing materials, including websites, product marketing collateral, and social media content. Your artistic flair and design expertise will be pivotal in enhancing our digital presence and engaging our target audience.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Marketing Team. This role will primarily focus on creating and managing sales collateral, including event materials, brochures, one-pagers, website designs, case studies, designs for videos, email newsletters, and product mockups.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborative Creativity: Work hand in hand with the Design Manager, Product Manager, and Marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with our brand vision and marketing objectives.
- Visual Storytelling: Transform ideas and concepts into visually stunning assets that inspire, inform, and resonate with our audience. Utilize various design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Adobe After Effects, to bring these ideas to life.
- Diverse Applications: Take charge of developing layouts and production designs for various applications, including digital products (web and devices), product promotions, and corporate reports and presentations.
- User-Centric Approach: Create user-friendly mockups and promotional materials that effectively convey design concepts and enhance the user experience.
- Branding Excellence: Design visually appealing logos, icons, and graphics while ensuring they remain aligned with our brand guidelines. Select appropriate colors, images, and typefaces to harmonize with our brand identity.
- Medium Adaptation: Modify layouts and designs to suit the unique requirements of various mediums, whether it's for web or print, maintaining consistency and brand integrity.
- Aesthetics and Effectiveness: Ensure that all designs are visually appealing and highly effective in conveying the intended message and meeting marketing objectives.
Product Design: Make user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications that can be used in marketing collaterals
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience and Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or similar platforms.
- A robust portfolio showcasing your diverse design work and creativity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team and liaise with various stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of web design and user experience (UX) principles.
- Experience in video and motion graphics is a plus.
