Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the strategy and roadmap for Freight Tiger’s products focusing on delivering customer-centric, high-quality features.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to create seamless, intuitive user experiences across all products, ensuring that features are not only functional but exceptional.
- Conduct deep customer research to understand pain points, workflows, and needs, translating these insights into actionable product features that improve the customer experience and drive long-term satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle - from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch - ensuring that all product releases meet the highest quality standards.
- Continuously iterate on product features based on user feedback, usage data, and evolving market trends to ensure that our products remain innovative and valuable.
- Manage the full product lifecycle for multiple product features, ensuring they deliver both customer satisfaction and business value.

Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering customer-focused, high-quality products.
- A strong passion for creating exceptional user experiences, with a deep compassion for customer needs and pain points.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, operations, business) to deliver end-to-end product solutions.
- Ability to lead product initiatives from ideation to execution, ensuring product quality and a focus on continuous improvement.
