Freight Tiger - Integration Manager - Transport Management System

About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Integration Manager to join our growing team, supporting customers during their integration with our logistics SAS platform.

You will be the technical point of contact for large manufacturers and transport companies integrating with our cloud software, using platforms like SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.

This role combines strong technical skills with a keen understanding of business processes, ensuring smooth and successful integrations for our customers.

A successful candidate must have a strong drive for results, have an obsession for high quality, must be a team player, and must have the ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers throughout the integration process, including initial assessments, configuration guidance, and troubleshooting.
• Deeply understand customer business processes to map their data structures effectively to our platform.
• Assist customers with API integration, resolving technical queries and determining feasibility of their desired outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the core product engineering team to resolve complex integration challenges and identify potential product improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for successful customer integrations.
• Monitor integrations, proactively identify and resolve issues, and ensure efficient data flow.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications/skills

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in any large software product company (preferably ERP, CRM, Transport Management).
• Knowledge of sales & distribution business processes in ERP and understanding of Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Picking, Packing, Invoices, Materials, Customers, Vendors, warehouse management, transport orders, transfer orders, etc.
• Knowledge of any ERP software like SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Experience in API testing using POSTMAN or any REST API testing tool.
• Ability to read and analyze logs to diagnose integration issues.
• Experience in using any service ticket management software like Jira service desk or Freshdesk or SAP or salesforce or other similar customer service management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Good analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills required.
• Be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Operate with speed, efficiency, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
