Role Summary:
The Performance and Growth Marketing Expert will be responsible for executing paid advertising campaigns, implementing SEO strategies, crafting compelling marketing copy, and designing visually appealing ads. They will also monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to optimize performance. Success in this role will be measured by increased customer acquisition, improved lead generation, and enhanced ROI. As a pivotal part of our marketing team, this position will significantly contribute to our overall mission of transforming the education industry through data-driven marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Paid Advertising: Implement and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive customer acquisition and lead generation.
- SEO Strategies: Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance our online presence and improve organic search rankings.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Design: Create visually appealing and effective ads that resonate with our target audience.
- Data Enthusiasm: The candidate must have a deep interest in data, as we are a data-driven organization. An inability to appreciate data might suggest we're not the right fit for each other.
Must-Have Skills:
- Google Analytics 4: Proficiency in using Google Analytics 4 for measuring advertising ROI and tracking web metrics.
- Excel Proficiency: Ability to use Excel for data analysis, and visualization.
- Campaign Analysis Skills: Experience analyzing campaign performance and making necessary adjustments for optimization.
- Email/Drip Marketing: Experience in creating and executing successful email and drip marketing campaigns.
- Copywriting: Excellent writing skills for creating persuasive and compelling marketing content.
- Ad Designing: Ability to design visually appealing and effective ads that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaboration: The ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
- CRM Experience: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Meta Ads: Experience with Meta (Facebook) advertising platforms.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- SEO: Knowledge of SEO strategies and practices.
- Budget Planning: Experience in planning and managing marketing budgets effectively.
- Education/SaaS/CRM Industry Experience: Previous experience with the Education, SaaS, or CRM industry.
- Degree in MBA or B.Tech: While not mandatory, holding an MBA or B.Tech degree could be beneficial.
