We are looking for an Assistant Manager to provide support to the Accounts Department by managing daily tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s accounts. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail. The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition. This way it can make the right decisions and accomplish long term success.
Responsibilities:
· Manage Revenue management team w.r.t Invoicing and Collections
· Update accounts receivable and manage invoicing process
· Identify gaps in invoicing and highlight to the concerned team
· Maintain data of all the clients and have indepth knowledge about the clients
· Prepare and submit weekly reports on Revenue and Collections
· Manage revenue collections to keep overdues low
· Assist in monthly closures and data preparation for tax/reports filing
· Assist with other accounting projects
Requirements:
· Experience of 3-4 years
· Excellent organizing abilities
· Great attention to detail
· Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
· Working knowledge of Tally & MS Office
· Qualifications – B. Com with 3- 4 years of accounting experience, preferable in revenue management
