Educational Qualification: Graduation/ Post Graduation in Human Resource
Experience: 4 to 6 + Years of experience in startup industry
Location: Bangalore – Office in Domlur, Bangalore
Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and committed candidate who can be an HR Leader. The job incumbent is expected to work closely with management and employees to create highly effective work relationships, maintain a positive work environment, drive HR functional excellence, and positively influence a culture of performance, accountability, respect, ethics, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders on people, organization and business strategy and align HR processes to drive business goals & objectives
- Drive manpower planning process for the organization; plan and formulate strategies to attract key talent, support in their development & retain them to provide a competitive edge to organization
- Manage all activities pertaining to the entire employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to separation smoothly
- Ensure that the payroll process is managed in an accurate and timely manner
- Driving annual performance appraisal process (including the remuneration review process) and variable pay-outs across the organization seamlessly
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives; should be able to monitor the “pulse” of employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
- Design and implement various HR programs, policies, processes across locations in alignment to organizational objectives
- Lead the HR Team in ensuring that HR deliverables are met in a timely manner and HR function works seamlessly
- Ensure 100% compliance to all statutory requirements of applicable laws
- Prepare and publish HR dashboards in a timely manner
Candidate profile:
- Excellent communication in written & spoken English
- Should have strong people management experience
- Should be familiar with employment and statutory regulations
- Must have in-depth knowledge of HR processes and policies
- Fair knowledge and experience of HRIS and leveraging the same
- Excellent problem solving, relationship building and decision-making skills
