EatWell is hiring a full time Partnerships and Communications Manager to lead organizational brand development for customer- and user-facing messaging and promotion strategies; to develop go to market and top of funnel B2B sales strategies; and to build and maintain relationships in the Massachusetts health insurance marketplace.
About EatWell Meal Kits
We believe wholesome food changes lives. EatWell is a social impact startup creating prescription meal kits to address food security, prevent diabetes, and advance health equity. Our 30-minute meal kits are created locally in Dorchester, MA and designed by our Michelin-trained chef to meet the needs and taste preferences of the communities we serve.
We partner with healthcare insurers (payors) to offer our meal kit and culinary education services to Medicaid and Medicare patients to improve food security and health outcomes while reducing total cost of care. By collaborating with these risk-bearing clients to alleviate social determinants of health and facilitate healthful behavior change, we can support their high-risk patients in achieving better health and a better life!

Partnership Development & Account Management
I. Healthcare Payor & Provider Relationships
- Further existing relationships with clients including insurance payors, community health partners, and providers to expand sales and impact
- Maintain customer accounts and support case managers/dietitians in the launching of EatWell programs and enrollment of patients
- Provide general client support and ensure payor and provider needs are met and programs are running smoothly
- Draw insights on patient/program progress from the EatWell data analytics platform to generate reports and share updates with clients to communicate impact
- Illustrate additional opportunities and pathways to expand EatWell services and improve outcomes for clients’ populations
- Communicate progress and organizational wins to investors and supporters with EatWell’s newsletter, social media, and through case studies
II. Patient Relationships
- Build relationships with patients to identify satisfaction with--and success of--EatWell programming, better understand needs, and identify opportunities to further develop Eatwell programs to maximize impact
- Foster community and drive patient engagement with EatWell services and offerings
- Refine and launch social media strategies to encourage patients to share their journey and successes
- Develop strategies for gamification and patient-to-patient engagement on our education platform
Strategic Marketing & Communication
III. Brand Image Curation (one-time project)
- Refine and launch EatWell’s new brand image and messaging narrative for our meal kit service and our education offering--EatWell Community Kitchen
- Process client and patient values to create language for the development of client-facing and patient-facing messaging
- Collaborate with a design team to iterate on our brand palate and other brand identity foundation pieces
- Manage a photographer to guide the development of photography collateral for our website, social media platforms, and recipes
IV. Communication & Marketing Collateral (one-time project)
- Apply curated brand messaging to create copy for patient-facing communication materials like flyers, info cards and other visual communication materials like our website and, education platform content
- Apply curated brand messaging to create copy for client-facing collateral like 1-pagers, brochures, and materials identified in section C Go-To-Market Strategy
- Manage a design team to guide the development of the above material
V. Go-To-Market Strategy
- Refine strategic go-to-market approach to increase awareness of EatWell brand and acquire new clients in a B2B health insurance market
- Bolster existing market research on client-specific values, key stakeholders, and service opportunities to support customer discovery and prioritization
- Develop optimal advertising strategies to actionalize go to market approach increase awareness of EatWell brand and impact in a B2B health insurance market
VI. New Healthcare Payor & Provider Partnerships
- Launch advertising and communication strategies to drive inbound interest in EatWell and generate leads
- Support the sales team developing new business and optimizing impact potential in the health and lives of underserved patients
