We've already evaluated the health & climate impacts of more than 360K food products, Google named our shopping assistant app one of the three “Best Apps for Good” in the US, and we have over 40K monthly users that come to us for help finding the best products for their health & the planet, growing organically 18% month-over-month.
THE ROLE
We’re seeking a creative, impact-motivated, results-driven Growth Marketer to join the GreenChoice team and drive our growth to the next level. You should have hands-on experience as a growth marketer &/or digital marketing manager and expertise in consumer marketing, digital advertising (paid social, SEM, influencer seeding, and UGC campaigns), native advertising/sponsored content, email/SMS marketing, content creation, and creative brand strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Identify and define the metrics for tracking, optimizing, and growing our LTV-to-CAC growth efforts
- Grow LTV through effective customer engagement strategies by identifying key customer insights & reasons for churn
- Lead creative tactical and strategic development of campaigns to increase our LTV-to-CAC performance
- Create and manage GreenChoice’s content and editorial strategy and calendar across all platforms
- Lead email and SMS marketing strategy and campaigns to drive sales, educate and engage users, and increase LTV
- Manage the launch and cross-marketing of new sellers, brands, and products on GreenChoice
- Design, build, and scale new business lines to support brands on GreenChoice – offering Sponsored Content, Native Advertising, and Enhanced Listings for healthy, sustainable, & ethical brands
- Oversee campaign asset development, audience targeting and media buying/serving, optimization, and post-campaign analysis
YOU IDEALLY HAVE
- 5+ years of successful management of digital marketing channels for high-growth companies/startups
- Experience as a paid media buyer
- Quality experience in one or more of the following domains:
- (1) e-grocery / online grocery / grocery delivery
- (2) online retail (catalog with >1,000 SKUs)
- (3) D2C food &/or beverage (ideally larger catalog/multiple product categories; >50 SKUs)
- Want to grow a business related to health, equity & sustainability.
Growth Marketer Requirements
Required experience & skills:
- Is dedicated to building a kinder, healthier, and more sustainable present and future for people and the planet
- Brings positivity, high energy, and motivation to the team environment
- Track record of successfully developing and executing complex digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM web analytics and tracking, social media marketing, and email & SMS
- Exceptional skill in creative copywriting and brand strategy, written/verbal communication, and task management
- Demonstrates a high sense of project ownership and drive to exceed eCommerce goals from traffic to conversion and delivering successful omnichannel marketing campaigns
Nice to have skills
- Understands our target market - environmentally/health-conscious shoppers with dietary restrictions in the US market
- Strong data-driven mentality and deeply familiar with tools to support retention and CRM efforts
- Experience in e-commerce, subscription programs, and/or health, grocery, food systems, sustainability, or wellness
- Demonstrate ability to mine for deep customer insights, conduct meaningful A/B testing, and transform data into actionable sales opportunities
COMPENSATION
- $60,000 - $80,000 salary (DOE)
- Equity (stock options 0.2% – 1.5%)
